The methods behind your plan

Most treatment plans combine two or three of these, matched to what the assessment finds.

Assessment

A full examination, movement analysis and postural assessment before anything else happens.

Manual therapy

Joint mobilisation, soft-tissue work, myofascial release and trigger-point therapy.

Electrotherapy

TENS, therapeutic ultrasound, laser therapy and muscle stimulation to ease pain and speed healing.

Exercise therapy

Strength, flexibility, balance and functional movement, progressed as you improve.

What happens, in order

Five stages from your first phone call to long-term maintenance.

  1. First consultation

A physiotherapist examines you, records your vitals and agrees your goals.

    60 to 90 minutes
  2. Diagnosis

We confirm what is causing the problem and write a plan that fits your situation.

    30 to 45 minutes
  3. Treatment sessions

Hands-on therapy and exercise, scheduled around your week.

    45 to 60 minutes each
  4. Progress reviews

Regular reassessment, with the plan adjusted as you improve.

    Throughout
  5. Keeping it

A maintenance programme and preventive advice so the problem does not return.

    As long as you need

Common questions

Do I need a referral from a doctor?

No. You can book directly with us. If you already have a referral, scans or a discharge summary, bring them to your first visit.

How long is the first appointment?

Between 60 and 90 minutes. That covers registration, a full assessment and agreeing your treatment goals.

What should I bring?

Any previous scans, prescriptions or hospital reports, plus loose clothing you can move in. For children, bring anyone who normally helps them move.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your condition. Your physiotherapist prescribes a course after the first assessment and reviews it as you improve, so you always know where you stand.

Do you treat children?

Yes. We have a separate children's department for developmental delay, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy and recovery after injury. Parents stay in the session.

Can I be seen urgently?

Our emergency line is answered at any hour on +251 915 817 066. For anything that cannot wait, call rather than book online.
